Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in crafting and packaging every item, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zipandstitch@grintycreates.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to find a resolution.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier once an order has been dispatched. If your item is damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging and contact us as outlined above.
